Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or substitute with turkey bacon or sausage)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (feel free to use other cheeses like feta or pepper jack)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh spinach (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin

Preparation

    Preheat & Prepare Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
